Brack has consistently been recognized as one of the leaders in the Tennessee trial lawyer community. He has been selected by Best Lawyers for plaintiffs’ personal injury continuously since 2013. Best Lawyers is based on peer review. Best Lawyers methodology is designed to capture, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the geographical region and legal practice area. In 2025, Brack was selected as the Lawyer of the Year in Tennessee by Best Lawyers for Personal Injury Lawyers.
In 2017, Brack was selected by the Tennessee Supreme Court to serve on the Advisory Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure for Tennessee.
Brack has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates since 2010. This is an invitation only organization. Members must have tried the requisite number of jury trials and exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity and professionalism. Brack served as President of the Tennessee Chapter in 2014.
Brack has been a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum in Tennessee since 2007. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers since 2009 and was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2008.

Growing up, Brack was fortunate to practice with his Dad for over 10 years. Brack says his Dad was one of the best trial lawyers to ever walk into a courtroom. His experience working with Charlie Terry gave him the experience he needed to be successful.

Brack regularly practices across the southeast and has handled cases in Kentucky, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Virginia and North Carolina as well as all of Tennessee. Brack has represented clients recovering over $20 million for a large group of plaintiffs. In representing individuals, Brack has obtained recoveries of $5.3 million, $4.1 million, $3.6 million, $3.1 million, $2.49 million and high six figures for his clients in tractor-trailer, explosion and other burn cases.
