Dawn is one of the first points of contact for prospective clients at the firm. She genuinely enjoys meeting and speaking with each client, making sure they feel heard and supported from the very first conversation.
In her role, Dawn gathers all the information needed to build and set up each client’s case file. She answers questions, collects necessary details, and works to make the intake process as smooth as possible for personal injury clients.
What Dawn loves most about working at the Terry Law Firm is the family atmosphere. The attorneys and staff take the time to truly get to know and care for every client they work with.
Originally from Illinois, Dawn has called Tennessee home since 2014. She is married to Brian Patterson and is a proud mom of three sons, Blaine, Damian, and Liam. She is also a Gigi to two beautiful grandsons, Bently and Cooper. Dawn has four dogs, Toby, Jemma, Carlo, and Amber. She and her family love spending time at the beach and exploring new outdoor activities together.
